Question: What country encounters the most earthquakes and handles them best?

I agree, I would say Japan. They are on the edge of the Pacific Ring of Fire and that is very active in terms of earthquakes.
I know they do a lot of research about how to design their buildings so they can handle some movement and don’t completely collapse, which would be very very bad in something such as an office block.
