  Absolutely. I have always judged success based on whether I was happy in a job or not. I spent a long time working in places that I didn’t enjoy, and now I really love my work as a conservation educator at Colchester Zoological Society.

  For what I personally think success is, yes! It is important for me to have a work life balance, and to be in a job that is interesting and contributes to its community.
