I’ve worked with a lot of different people, and they have all helped me to figure out what I want to do and how I can help other people achieve amazing science – sometimes by being really supportive, and sometimes by showing me what not to do.
I’ve had three big influences – my granny (who inspired me to think scientifically), my A-level chemistry teacher (who made me interested in chemistry and physics), and my PhD supervisor (who taught me how to do research, and how to talk about my work)
