Great Question! I think I’d like to explore using social media more to tell people about research, and also make sure people have advice which is based on evidence, not guessing.

I always try to have a positive impact on the world, as a plant scientist I try and improve plants so that they can survive better – so we can have more trees and food. But I also do things such as this, which I hope have a positive impact individually, or sit on policy boards to improve the research culture which can affects thousands across the UK

Social media. My job is hidden, we are first on the ground before any construction but we are needed to protect people and environment so we should shout about it more.

Global warming is at an all time high and if any one can, tell as many people about it as we only have one earth (I’m not a scientist)
