      I love problem solving and in my role I often come across issues that need a fix quickly. Its really rewarding when you come up with something clever that saves the day. Especially because I work in a Factory Environment so that little solution can have a massive impact really quickly.

      I get to teach the next generation of Scientists (like you!). Getting to see their enthusiasm and joy in class is such an exciting thing to me. It gives me hope for the future and I get to share their enthusiasm and get excited with them.
