About Me:
Sam is a healthcare scientist who specialises in studying and helping people with their gut systems at an NHS hospital in Bristol.
She focuses on fixing tummy and food pipe troubles, especially for those who burp a lot because they accidentally swallow air. Samantha teaches these people to understand and manage their condition.
She is also part of two important national groups, AGIP and ACAG. These groups represent quality standards in stomach health, ensuring hospitals and clinics maintain top-notch practices in patient care and leading efforts to set high standards across the UK.
In addition to her work in gut health, Sam is passionate about inspiring children and teenagers to pursue science, hoping they will be motivated to make a difference in the world of healthcare just like she does.
