My research is about supply chain challenges in cutting-edge industries, like cultivated meat (you might have heard it called lab-grown meat). I’m also part of a big project called cellular agriculture , where I work alongside brilliant scientists and researchers from different fields.
I live in Bath with my family, including my 9-year-old daughter. When I’m not working, I love traveling and drinking black coffee. I’m a SCA certified home brewer and barista, so I always start my day with a great cup of black coffee !
