Hi there! Iโ€™m a second-year PhD student at the University of Bath. Being a PhD student is a little different from regular school because I donโ€™t attend lectures or take exams. My research is about supply chain challenges in cutting-edge industries, like cultivated meat (you might have heard it called lab-grown meat). Iโ€™m also part of a big project called cellular agriculture , where I work alongside brilliant scientists and researchers from different fields.
I live in Bath with my family, including my 9-year-old daughter. When Iโ€™m not working, I love traveling and drinking black coffee. Iโ€™m a SCA certified home brewer and barista, so I always start my day with a great cup of black coffee !
