      I think it is yet to come.
      But, as far as I reached, my Newton Fellowship, I may say is my biggest achievement.

    I have just finished a 3 year term as the elected President of the Analytical Sciences Community (formerly Analytical Division) of the Royal Society of Chemistry. I am the 3rd female President since 1875 which is crazy, but great that things are changing. During my term I achieved so much for the community and hopefully made a difference.
