I’ve always wanted to be a scientist, since I first visited Kennedy Space Center in 2001. I decided I wanted to work at NASA, and to do that I would become a scientist. Fast-forward 24 years, and here I am!

I loved doing experiments in the lab at school. Working in the research laboratories at university was even more rewarding, as we got to develop our own new ways of making molecules. I also found that organic chemistry is a very creative as well as scientific subject, so I got the best of both worlds!
