I would try to be as honest as possible about why you want to do the course(s) you’re applying for, thinking back to things you did/liked as a child or any other impacts. It is better to avoid cliches because they have heard all of them, they just want to see real passion and interest.
Remember that almost all experience is good experience, talk about any time you may have spent in a lab through school. But also, you are at the start of your science career, the people reviewing your application know this. So if you don’t have experience, still apply and focus on transferable skills, like time management, organisation, attention to detail, communication etc.
