0 Question: How do airplanes fly upside down if it's the shape of the wings that make them fly? Keywords: aerodynamics, aeroplane, airplane, flight, wings Asked by InumidunA on 19 Mar 2025.
Erin Pallott answered on 19 Mar 2025:
I can barely even answer how an airplane flies in the first place! https://www.sciencefocus.com/future-technology/how-are-some-planes-able-to-fly-upside-down In a nutshell, it looks like not all can, and it depends on the shape of the wings and creating conditions that match when the plane is the right way up! Still confusing to me though.
