My Work:
I work with RNA, which acts as a messenger to take the instructions written in your DNA and use them to tell your body how to build and repair itself.

I work for a company that does research for other scientists. We look at these RNA messengers to see what changes medicines these scientists have made have on how illnesses develop and if they might treat diseases.

My Typical Day:
I wake up at around 7, drink a coffee and prepare for my day. I normally start work at around 9am, where I do whatever lab work needs done that day. Where possible we go for lunch at 12 and all the scientists catch up on our days. Then its back to the lab to do more experiments ready for a 5pm finish.
