I am originally from the South-west and have lived in Reading for 8 years. I am in the 4th year of my PhD, so soon I will be a Dr! I enjoy reading as well and enjoy indoor climbing a lot too. I adore animals of all kinds, especially cats and I also have a pet snake called Loki.

My Work:
My work focuses on investigating the spread of cancer from its original site (primary site) to another site (secondary site) within the body, via a process called metastasis. I research how cancers spread to the liver and how they change their behaviour to grow in this new tissue.
