I live and work in London, spend a lot of my time going to the theatre and walks (whenever the weather allows!).

My Work:
I’m a Clinical Scientist working in a discipline called Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics. My main role is to ensure that patients receive compatible kidneys from donors.

Education:
I grew up and went to school in Maidstone, Kent and after my A-Levels (Biology, Chemistry and History) I studied Biomedical Science at the University of Greenwich. After this is started my training as a Trainee Clinical Scientist at Hammersmith Hospital, London.

What did you want to be after you left school?
I always knew I wanted to work in science, potentially a hospital laboratory where I knew I would be helping patients.
Were you ever in trouble at school?
No, I was pretty quiet and kept myself to myself!
If you weren't doing this job, what would you choose instead?
Would love to work with animals, perhaps as a zoo keeper
What's your favourite food?
Pizza or pasta!
