A lot of those signals a natural… for example the Sun emits radio waves. Lots of people are looking for evidence of intelligence in radio signals but there’s nothing definite yet. There is a good chance of there being life elsewhere in the galaxy as the physics and chemistry that went into making life here are universal. Whether it is intelligent or not is another question.

There is a good chance that there is life on other planets, where the conditions are just right (like earth). However, the question of what that life is like or whether it is intelligent life similar to ours is another question.

I think that in universe of infinite planets and starts there should be at least one more planet that has the correct conditions for life to evolve. That doesn’t mean that aliens will look exactly like humans, they will have developed based on the planet. Also, that doesn’t mean that we will meet these aliens, as they might be too far away to even detect. I would suggest reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir if you are interested in this topic, as I think the book describes a realistic scenario of our future.
