    Question: Is the science community still dominated by white men or is the community more inclusive now?

      Science is gradually becoming more inclusive, but white men still disproportionately hold senior positions. Progress is being made through apprenticeships, policy changes, and grassroots efforts. But in my opinion some systemic barriers remain.
