As a sports physiologist I am interested on the effects that exercise has on the function and structure of the body. What I analyse in a day would depend on the project that I am working on. In a recent project I was looking at how an exercise video impacts children’s physical ability so I took the following measure at the start of the intervention and at the end so I could compare. These are the measures I took and then analysed:

      – Age
      – Height
      – Weight
      – Waist and Hip circumference
      – Physical activity diaries
      – Fundamental movement skills (things like running, jumping, throwing, catching and kicking)
      – Questionnaires on what children thought about the exercise videos
