• Question: What is the healthiest plant you know?

      I don’t know that there is a healthiest plant- but many of the plants we eat are good for us. Ones that come to mind are things like spinach and kale, which both have a lot of vitamins and minerals. I’d say it’s more important to get a mix, though!
