      I learn something new absolutely every day. I see students develop whilst they study with us both at a personal level and as scientists. I have travelled all over the world working on projects. I am never bored in my job!

      My job is sort of like solving puzzles all day. I am a data analyst and that means using lots of clues in numbers and their patterns, shown through graphs and other ways, to explains what is happening and why. It’s like being a detective! It’s fun for my brain, and I get to answer people’s questions to help them make the right choices.

      I really like the variety – both of people and tasks. I get three days in the office with my colleagues and with patients doing procedures – who always surprise me with how different even two children of similar ages can be(!) and then two days at home working on data analysis. It keeps my brain busy and means that no day is ever the same!
