      No your heart is very efficient at working and still beats even when you sneeze, cough, talk etc!

    Your heart doesn’t stop when you sneeze but your eyes automatically close, briefly, due to a reflex (a reaction which happens without your brain actively making it happen) You can over-ride this to keep your eyes open but you have to make a conscious effort to do this.
