Yes it is, and in fact this has already been achieved by Solar Impulse, and this year marked the 10th anniversary of that success. On 9 March 2015, the pioneering aircraft took off on its record-breaking journey, proving the potential of solar energy. The record-breaking flight was made by the Solar Impulse 2 airplane.

Yes, the first solar powered airplanes took flight in the 1970s with Solar Impulse making the first circumnavigation of the earth in 2015-16 (though it did it in multiple stages not non-stop). The Ingenuity helicopter on Mars also used the sun to recharge it’s batteries that allowed it to fly.
