      As science covers a super wide range of specialist areas and levels, it’s really difficult to answer this question! The salary will also depend on location too.

      That’s a very hard question to answer but in my experience in research, after a PhD you tend to see jobs at £30k-£35k in the North of England but it varies quite a lot!

      great question and there is a large range depending on entry level – you can come in as an entry scientist @ around £20k – up to over £100k for speciality and experience.
