      Great question!

Gravity is always pulling us down, but when we jump, our leg muscles exert a force that’s STRONGER than gravity for a short time. It’s like a tiny rocket booster pushing us upwards! 🚀 But eventually, gravity wins, and we come back down.

The harder you jump, the more force you exert, and the higher you go! It’s a constant battle between our muscles and gravity. That’s why working out makes lifting heavy things easier – because your muscles get better at doing it!
