I am a marine biologist working on offshore energy projects, assessing their impact on the marine environment. I live in London where I enjoy running and knitting, and take all opportunities to go hiking with my dog!

Marine biologist looking at impacts of offshore energy on birds, marine mammals, and humans.

My Typical Day:
I wake up and walk my dog. Then I log onto my computer and start working on different projects, which could be to do with an offshore windfarm or an underwater cable. If I’m working offshore, I usually wake up at 5am and start doing my bird surveys at 6!

Education:
I went to international school in Singapore and Thailand. I then went to do my undergraduate degree in Canada, and finally my Masters in Aberdeen, Scotland.
