My Work:
I am a university teacher in the area of nutrition, applied clinical nutrition and dietetic practice.

My Typical Day:
Start 8am reading and replying to email
9.30-11am work on written projects, supporting student’s research and writing reports.
11-12.30pm meet student to discuss course relearned or pastoral issues
1.30-4pm afternoon lecture to a class of 35-50 students
4.0-5.30pm read and reply to emails, do preparation for future meetings and lectures.
