I work with AI to study river flows and spot floods. After studying Physics and Data Science, I realised how cool it is to use technology for the environment and a good cause.

Some days I’m working from home and some other days at the university. My working routine remains the same.

My daily work involves creating code experiments, testing them, solving potential issues (lots of bugs!), reading, and occasionally helping with teaching. I avoid working overhours.

What I'd do with the prize money:
I will spend them preparing and participating in a STEM conference on Environmental applications.

I studied in Greece. In my final high school year, I took national exams in the science subjects and languages to get to the university. After some years, I completed my undergraduate degree in Physics and then pursued a postgraduate degree in Data Science in the UK.
