Every day! at least 50% of my work is whats called wet-lab work (not computer based), so i go in, check how my cells are growing, collect data and set up new experiments – it’s nice because every day is different

I mostly work on hospital wards performing investigations on people – the only time I visit a proper lab is to hear what our specialist scientists (called histopathologists) have to say about cells we send them that were taken from the inside of the foodpipe during endoscopy (looking inside the foodpipe, stomach and intestines with a bendy camera)
