There are some theories that suggest that the Large Hadron Collider at CERN produces enough energy in its collisions that it creates microscopic black holes, but that these quickly evaporate and don’t cause any harm, but we haven’t yet seen any evidence for this.
Given that black holes absorb all matter and let nothing out, how would you even know there was one? Actually, though, if there was a black hole on Earth, it would have swallowed the rest of Earth up by now and you wouldn’t even be here to ask that question!
