yes – life is easier for example washing machines; dryers etc which all used to be done by hand. GPS and phones v. reading a map. having a search engine to find answers faster v. searching through library books. the harder part now is i think its hard to process so much information and be able to switch off.

GPS, word processing, tablets, SIM cards and on-the-go internet access, my electronic train pass… so many things influence my day that didn’t exist when i was a child!

Yes, a lot has changed from when I was younger, we now have better medical facilities, internet, contactless card, online banking and shopping, electronic trains, blue tooth, iPods, camera phones, USB flash drives, Air fryer, Kindle, Siri, Alexa, computer games, online dating, Google which makes searching a lot easier than textbook, various social media platforms, I could go on and on.

In my opinion they have made life a bit easier for people, better health care services, global connection, online education, reduction in travel, working from home, abundance of information and trading between countries around the world.

Some of the disadvantages include addiction to things like video games, children are prone to online attacks, online theft and scamming are on the rise. In addition, due to the long hours spent on the screen nowadays, there are more physical and mental health issues, social isolation and loss of personal/sensitive information.

People these days do not interact with each other today compared to the olden days, which is SAD. Life is harder in that people are bombarded with lots of information from the internet and social media.
