We can convert energy stored in other forms into useable energy, e.g. energy coming from the sun, or the wind, or energy stored in the earth (fossil fuels).

Great question! Energy’s always been around – it just changes form! Think of it like a superhero transforming:

Sun’s light becomes energy for plants (photosynthesis!) ☀️
Plants become food, giving us energy to run and jump 🏃‍♀️
We burn fossil fuels (coal, oil, gas) to make electricity, which powers our lights and devices 💡

We’re not creating energy, we’re just converting it from one form to another. It’s a constant cycle of energy transformations!
