  Great question! One of the hardest things is that we are historically quite a small lab and the amount of work has increased a lot over the last 5 years with more regulations etc. it has been a challenge to scale up to have enough volume on our instruments for the sample numbers. With selecting new kit, ensuring the autosampler is big enough is key!
