  I’m not a scuba diver, but I have swam in the sea before – it is beautiful in the shallows, since if you wear goggles you can see all the seaweed, corals, anemones, and more! My hobbies outside of marine biology are playing tabletop roleplaying games with friends (think games like D&D, but I do not play D&D) and making costumes by sewing, embroidery, and beadwork. I even compete in the costumes I spend a lot of time on, and I’ve won a prize before!
